Alexander Scriabine, the popular Russian composer and pianist, is to make a visit to this country this month. He will play in New York City on the 20th. He has been characterized as the “Russian Chopin.” Pepito Arriolo, the Spanish boy, a protége of Arthur Nikisch, played in London in October, and created quite a sensation.
